Y’all — in my mind, it’s 1999 all the time, but in my body, we gotta put in the work. 😂

Real talk, I HATE the gym. I only go once a week at most because…people. 😩 But since coming back from Thailand, I’ve been intentional about maintaining strength, flexibility + mobility—especially in my hips, legs and knees. And I do most of that work at home ALONE.

That’s part of why I created HIGH KEY FLEX. I wanted movement to feel less like a solo hazing ritual 😅and more like community, good music, good energy, a little flower + enough stretching to remind these hips who TF they used to be. 🌿

So come flex with me! TOMORROW!

Y’all — high key, we were born to flex and flexibility isn’t just physical. 💪🏾

When I was younger, I was constantly told to choose: performing arts or sports, academics or athletics.

Now, almost 48 y/o, one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that being multidimensional IS the flex.

And at this age, I intend to stay flexible in every sense of the word — mentally, professionally, creatively and physically. 💅🏾

So this Saturday, I’ma be kicking off HIGH KEY FLEX, a new canna-friendly movement experience at @baon.bk dispensary in Brooklyn. We’re stretching, flowing, talking w**d & wellness and flexing our range!

Everyone 21+ is welcome, but especially my 40+ crew — this one has your name on it. 🌿

Y’all — 23 years went by MAD fast. 🥹

Like… I was JUST pregnant. Now my baby is a whole 23-year-old man with opinions, bills and places to be. 😂

Parenting is wild. Somehow the days can feel long and the years still have the audacity to fly by.

Happy 23rd birthday, @__jayharmon07 ! We celebrate YOU ’cause it’s your birthday! 🎶🎂

Love you downnnnn. 💚

Y’all — turns out the right way to treat the c*nn*bis community is to EDUCATE it. 📚🗣️

@necanncon Atlantic City treated me right too! 48 hrs of reunions, real conversations, a well-received presentation on why Every Consumer Is a Patient — and a SOLD OUT 4th edition of my workbook, How to Succeed in the Cannabis Industry. 🙌🏾

I barely pulled out my phone, so everybody I saw and hugged isn’t in this reel. But BIG love to my tour partner @vee_thetravelingcannawriter for keeping the camera rolling while I stayed in the moment. 💚

My only regret? Missing the Garden Greens Wonderland after-party on Friday night. But after a 5AM start, my body said REST — and I treated her right, too. 😂

NEXT STOP ➡️ Black Cannabis Week + Jazz Grass at @trenttownemarket with @garden.greens.nj & Simply Pure Trenton | Saturday, 9/26 🎷🌿

Pre-register through the link in my bio to unlock discounted admission at the door!
